It is not my place to take care of a military job that doesn't have ANYTHING to do with me. They didn't bring packing? On a job that they lied about our company doing the work to you... and you expect me to 'let them have' packing and wait for them to 'ship' me replacement cartons? Uhhh No.
Sorry about your uniforms being crushed but... damn.. they lie, they don't come prepaired to do the job, and now you want me to 'trust them'. No.

Yes- I called a repected repairman/ company about your Ref. Is it my fault the damn thing messed up 2 days later and you lost another load of food? No. And the threat that 'it is your fault' isn't flying with me. One- if you OWNED your own home, ref- you run into this.
Two- I had it repaired. He came back and worked on it a hour and finally traced it back to a short in the cool control knob thingy. It read it was cool when it wasn't and turned it off. It wasn't doing that the first time he checked it, he cleaned the coils, out from under it, and said only thing he could see was the dirt might be making the condessor over work, heat up more then it should.
It is just the way it is- act of god.
And the threat you are going to move due to 'not taking care of repairs' is bullshit. I paid the $75.00 call, it was working when he got there, tho not as cool. He left it telling you to watch it for a few days, see if something was wrong with the condessor. When he showed up this time it was shut down and he was able to find the short.
But hey- move, go on out the door honey. Fine by me.

And the smart ass lady who "You need to change your add in the phone book as it says long distance and blah blah blah." that I hung up on- Fuck you too. Long Distance inside this statelines is over 400 miles. That is not a LOCAL, bitch.

Giving up a late sleep in on Saturday for a good reason. Contacted a man who is part of a group trying to save some old buildings on Main St. in a town a few towns away. If he is able to early Saturday he is willing to let me into the old town Movie Theater. Old as in 60's I would guess. Don't know what kind of shape it is in, been gutted or not.
Hope to get some good shots out of it tho. :)
Trying to add more fun things in life, seems to be in a rut of late. And the cooler weather is making me want to travel, get out more to take some photos, see things.
So heres to hoping the man can meet me Saturday morning and to a old movie place. *cross fingers*

Not in a good mood at all. One men a no show, one hurt his hip but came to work only to find us short handed. The truck that was to been here at 7:00 am didn't show till 9:00am, and took a 'tone' with me of "Oh, well...I am here now."
Well, I don't have labor to unload your sorry ass like I did at 7:00 am, that I paid a hour to sit here, now do I? Fucker.
So safe to say he was sent on his way.... with a nice little word exchanged to go with it.

While dealing with him I am calling any and all numbers I have to find a workhand. Finally did get a hold of one at 9:30- went out to get him as I followed the truck above off the lot, and went and got him to the job about a hour later. The two had already floated a load, the one barely able to walk. :(
Now to find another man, pull one out of my hat, as the one unhurt man is to be off in the morning for court date, he had told me week or so ago.
When it pours it freaking rains.

Watched Rizzoli & Isles TV show last night, have since it started. A actor on the show killed himself and watching this show last night you had to think "Why?"
Not my place to ask or to judge. Life must be so very bad when you are willing to end yourself. Sadness is all I can fell. Is it right or wrong? I haven't walked in their shoes so... can't say. Just know how much they hated life to of ended it.
They did a small notice at the end of the show, a few images of his time on the show. Going to be strange to see the rest of this season with him on it.
And know the world lost a wonderful soul.

Update on the Boobs for Breast Cancer Awareness month.
October is going to be a busy busy month for me. Really- the last two weeks of September is going to start it. What? The Haunted House here that I help with the makeup on. Every Friday, Saturday night is taken up. And from last year I know it will be all I can do to keep housework, work, family up.
So with that in mind- I am going to ask if anyone wants to do the October Breast Cancer Awareness boob photos? It will mean taking the photos, resize, edit, screen names, etc. And doing the links to help get money donated.
I already have two members photos for this so...
Hate to do it, and any other month but October would of been fine.
Anyone who wants to take this on, please message me. I just don't think I will have the time or energy for this since the haunted house is opening a whole three weeks earlier then last year.

Members often wonder what the 'behind the curtain' is like on this site. Do we gang up, talk about members? Do we make a naughty or nice list and put each and ever member on it? Do we keep records on each and every thing you do? Do we give that much time out of our lives?
Sure we have to deal with the normal "So and so blocked me, So and So was mean to me, So and So is any ass." But does it take all our time up 'behind the curtain'?

Thank god for parents who are so different. Take music. Dad was a country lover. Mom was anything but. :) She loved Rock. Old fashion rock.
So my days growing up would be full of the likes of Johnny Cash, ACDC, Buck Owens, and ZZ Top. Such a range of music in my life.
Today I float "to and fo" so much in my music taste, and have them to thank for it.
But in my heart- took after Mom more. ;)

Since I am home tonight- going to work on the VR BOOBS! breast cancer awareness/ charity plans.
Little of history- Morrigon *Otter* did a charity event that had a few of us women on the site, and one male ;), doing 'boob' photos. The event she and her friends did was a 5K mud run and obstacle course, a yearly event in New York and other places.
We asked members on the site to donate to the site, or to support Otter and her friends. If you helped with donations we would show our boobs. *within VR rules* We had "soon to be Mom" boobs even. :D
Now fast forward a year or more...
Last night talking with PhoenicianDream and she came up with the plan to do the boobs again. This time in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month which is in October. Why not? If nothing else it might make a women do a self exam, bring it to the front on the health care.
I also asked member sahahria if we could 'link' her own Poker Run which is a charity motorbike run in honor of her friend who was taken by cancer. *not breast* She has worked so hard on this charity, it only being in its second year. If you ever read her journal you know she misses her friend, his illness taking so much out of her own life.
Who hasn't been touched by cancer? My mother lost a breast to it, have lost three people I know to it this year alone.
So what is the plan? Send me the boob shots, please keep them within the VR Rules. Heck- I don't care if you wear a bra taking them, even a tight shirt. But your screen name will be posted on them. And for that 'boob' show- we as members on the site to donate.
I plan to put two links for donations sites. One will be to America Cancer Society. The other is to sahahria's Poker Run site *read her journal- she is already working on it for this year* which is in Canada.
Why these two when we have such a international group of members? The Cancer Society is well known in the USA. I know the Poker Run money is given to a good cause, not into other pockets. The money goes where it is needed.
If you know another well trusted site- please send it to me. :)
So that is the Boobs for VR Cancer. Not the site owner but.. well you know what I mean.
And to show you what kind of images we are talking about- mine from last year was me cupping my boob, chocolate icing to be the 'mud'. I tied in the dirty girl/ pink ribbon on top of one breast. I am not a thin person so don't let that stop anyone out there who wishes to help raise some money for a good cause/ awareness. I am proud of the photo, and those of the others, as it made some donate money and I felt like I did something to help.
Thanks for all the messages on this, great to see folks are interested. So think about the photo, if you are willing to do this. We have some time, I will start 'selling' it on the site the first week or so of Sept.

I really miss vampire role playing. We had a great game master, who let the story line flow, not really into the dice thing. If you wanted to jump off a cliff sure she would make you roll. But the 'normal' things vampires do she let you go with it.
I seemed to always be the leader. Yeah, I know- shocker there. Seems I set the mood tho, and I had so much fun coming up with shit the game master didn't see coming. It was sooo much fun. We would play up to 2 or 3am, just spent all evening letting the story unfold.
I am really thinking of trying to write some of those story lines out. They might change a little from the game, but I think it would be fun to 'play' with those characters again.
I should start with Trixie. She was my first - only fitting I tell you about her a little.
But not now- True Blood then bed for me.
But you can look forward to some fun with Trixie soon. If you care to read it that is. If not, I will have fun revisiting her. Oh yeah.. and they always had some sexual fun, at least in my dreams. ;)

No Knead bread cooked in the dutch oven. First time I ever done this but will not be the last. So good! 3 cups flour, salt, little yeast, cold water is all it took. :)
I also did a little craft yesterday. A glass bottle and orange paint. See a holder for a black candle come Halloween. :)
Got ribs in the ref marinading for later, using that dutch oven again. Now on to some movies to watch.

Been asking Cat when she thinks it is OK to put the fall decorations out. While I have orange/ green/ blue shades in the home, nothing like fall decorations. I would leave them up all year if folks wouldn't find it odd.
She said first of September, at the earliest. I voted mid August. lol As in next week. :) The cooler weather of mid 80's is having me wish for Fall to come right now.
So I did do one thing- I started burning a large 3 wick fall scented candle in my living room.
It's like heaven in here. Pumpkin, spices.

Been wanting to say this for a while now about three folks here, the little drama gang.
One- all three of you act like 5 year old. If you acted that way, talked that way around my Mom you would of gotten the shit slap out of you. And this is from 'adults'? Calling people fat, ugly, insults. Reading your comments is like seeing a five year old kid throwing a fit. "Yeah well... your fat!" Yes I am, and your point is??
Two- I would never say 'they only live online' with the records you all three have. I am not just talking just time spent on the site but the drama you all three can't let drop. It shows that you all live for this shit, it is what makes your life. So when you say "It means nothing, just a screen" that is bullshit. You care way too much about that screen, what folks think of you. Your actions speak way louder then your fake words.
Three- God damn but I wish you all three would just shut the fuck up. The 'normal' folks on this site is so fed up with the drama. It's journals, its kismets, it's comments, it's webcam. You do see why the only.. the ONLY folks who comment on your journal is yourselfs or the other two. Ever wonder why? No one cares.
Speaking for myself- I really just hope you would shut the hell up. We are so tried of seeing the shit, it is getting old really fast. I mean it has been going on for over a year now. When are you going to get over it?
You are nothing special, if anything your actions show just how childish you are. But I know I am talking to the wall, as much attention as you will pay this. So we (the normal members who ain't in the drama) will keep dealing with the calls for attention, keep seeing it on the screen.
And learn what kind of people you are by your actions on the screen. How you use insults that a child would use as that is all you got. How badly you want folks to love you, pay attention to you on a screen as you don't have it in person.
Kind of sad really.
